Effective May 7, 2015. Adopted by the Board of Directors under Section 5.2D of the Declaration; the Rules work together with the recorded CC&Rs. Owners are responsible for providing the Rules to their tenants.

For reserving the clubhouse for a private event. Contact management first to check the date, then submit the completed agreement and the fees.
